In making a purchase or placing an order from Bouquet & Frame, you the client, agree to the following Terms and Conditions


Timeline & Process

The process begins with a conversation! Please reach out in a DM or an Email and I will respond with an email containing a custom form with questions to sort out your order.

  • All orders and payment will exclusively be accepted through this website. I am sorry, but we do not accept e-transfer or cash.

  • Orders can not be accepted if clients have not filled out the appropriate forms pertaining to their orders.

  • Clients are obligated to review, understand, and agree to these terms and agreements.

  • Flowers are to be dropped off at (or shipped to) the Bouquet & Frame Studio (Ottawa)

  • When order is finished, client and Bouquet & Frame team member will have a quick 5 minute video call to review the finished pieces.

  • Order must be picked up within 10 days of being notified that the order is finished. 

    • If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order at the 6 week mark or when you are notified, I ask that you send a friend or family member to pick up for you.


Creative Conditions

  • I reserve the creative control over arrangements and the right to pick which flowers are used and how the composition will be arranged

    • I would still love to hear requests if you have favourite flowers or leaves

  • Please be aware that when you see your final order, your flowers may not be the exact colour that they were when you had them fresh. Sometimes Roses can turn purple and yellowing can occur. This can be from sugars fermenting in the petals or oxygen aging the petals over time. Please keep in mind that you can keep the arrangement forever and you will not have to worry about mould, but that aging is a natural part of having a pressed flower frame.

    • There are some flowers I can’t work with.

      • Any kind of lily is a flower I can’t put into resin, but I can press it.

      • Anemones are incredibly delicate and almost never retain their colour in resin, and almost always fall apart. If they are cooperative and are something that I am able to work with - this is a miraculous fluke - but just be aware of how challenging they are to work with.

      • Succulents are not feasible

      • Tropical flowers such as birds of paradise are too fickle to be able to guarantee a good result

  • Please understand that there is an organic nature to this art, so each frame will not be exactly the same in composition and details. There may be slight, unique variances between items in a set.

  • Bouquet & Frame Products are not intended for resale and are not to be altered after purchase. If you want to make adjustments after purchase, please make a special request.

  • Bouquet & Frame Products, copywriting, and design are not to be replicated or imitated. Come up with your own ideas.


Payment
Process Conditions

  • All payment must be made through this website. E-transfer or cash is not accepted.

  • No will be made until the piece has been paid for - so if a client drops their flowers off before they pay - I will make sure the flowers are in silica gel so they don’t die, but I won’t start working on their work of art at all until payment is resolved.

  • In paying for this service, you are agreeing to the terms and stipulations listed in this contract and website.


Care &
Keeping Conditions

  • Do not place any of these items in the microwave or dishwasher

    • If dirty, wipe with a damp cloth and then wipe dry 

  • These products are not intended to be placed near or over a live flame

  • Do not let objects freeze, be in the freezer or stay outside in freezing temperatures

  • Please avoid hanging frames in aggressive UV exposure, in the washroom, in a sauna, or in high-traffic areas of your home where they may be bumped.

Cyber Security
By making a purchase from Bouquet & Frame, you, the client understand and agree to the following:

  • Bouquet & Frame does not store any credit card or payment information whatsoever. All payments are made through e-transfer or through a 3rd party payment processor (Paypal and Stripe). If there are security breaches through the bank or through the 3rd party payment processor, clients understand and agree that all liability and fault lies with the banks and 3rd party payment processors and not Bouquet & Frame.

  • This website is made with Squarespace.com and will not keep, store or share any of your information. If the hosting company has any element of a breech, Bouquet & Frame has no liability in email addresses or personal information leaked.

Health & Safety
By making a purchase from Bouquet & Frame, you, the client understand and agree to the following:

  • Bouquet & Frame does not recommend these products to anybody with a wood allergy or an epoxy allergy. If a client purchases products from Bouquet & Frame, Bouquet & Frame can not be held accountable for any possible issues incurred from an allergic reaction.

  • Bouquet & Frame does not recommend any rings or pendants to clients with metal allergies. We use silver and gold, but it is important that clients share information about their allergies and we can suggest alternative options. If a client purchases products from Bouquet & Frame, Bouquet & Frame can not be held accountable for any possible issues incurred from an allergic reaction.

  • Bouquet & Frame products are not intended to be placed above or near any kind of live flame. LED Tea Lights are fine. Frames are made of wood and any sealants used, or epoxy resin is flammable and all Bouquet & Frame products should be treated with the same care that a client would treat a wooden sculpture. Although our resin suppliers say that their resin is non-flammable, we have conducted studio tests and found that if you try, or are negligent with candles you are capable of setting an epoxy product on fire. So at no time should Bouquet & Frame products be left around or near open live flames or fire. If a client does not follow these clear instructions about fire safety, Bouquet & Frame is in no way responsible.

Shipping for Dried Flower Preservation:

If your flowers are dried, please mail them to me (the address and step-by-step packing instructions will be provided upon formal reservation). It is necessary to have a tracking number. Upon receiving your flowers, I will send an email with pictures of your bouquet. Any issues or damage to the flowers will be noted at this time.


Shipping for Bridal Preservation:

With 24 - 48 hours of your wedding, please carefully pack and overnight your wedding flowers to Bouquet & Frame (the address and step-by-step packing infographic instructions will be provided upon formal reservation). It is necessary to have a tracking number and share it with me. Upon receiving your flowers, I will send an email with pictures of your bouquet. Any issues or damage to the flowers will be noted at this time.

Shipping Procedures


Returns, Repairs,
or Exchanges

  • If a client is not satisfied with their order, please allow Bouquet & Frame the chance to make an update or alteration to your piece to fix any issues. We want you to be happy.

  • Clients have 60 calendar days (from the date of shipping or pick up from studio) to ask for a refund or exchange. After that point, Bouquet & Frame is unable to help.

  • If a client wants to pursue requesting a refund, they must return the goods to the Everafter Studio in exchange for their funds back. Clients may not keep Everafter goods and also have a refund.

  • If a client wants a design update or a modification, Bouquet & Frame is happy to help at any point.

  • If a client accidentally breaks an item (ie. drops a frame) Bouquet & Frame is happy to help repair or modify the pieces to help. Just reach out ASAP.

  • If a client has breached the care and keeping policies (ie. put the item in a sauna, or set on fire) Bouquet & Frame cannot help.


Bullying,
Harassment,
& Hate Speech

  • We will not be harassed or intimidated or bullied.

  • Any use of racial slurs, swearing at us, name-calling, or intimidation is unacceptable. We don’t care if you were stressed, tired, or ‘just blowing off steam’.

  • Bouquet & Frame reserves the right to end any conversation or order if there is bullying, name-calling, berating, or harassment.

    • Should this occur, we will refund you your payment and give you the option to pick up your flowers in whatever state they are in, or we can dispose of your flowers.


Misc

  • Bouquet & Frame Products are not for resale

  • Bouquet & Frame Products are not intended to up modified or changed after delivery. If a client modifies or updates a product in any way, they agree that Bouquet & Frame has no responsibility to refund or update products in the future or offer any refund if there is an issue.

  • Bouquet & Frame is not responsible for changes or updates if they are not provided with accurate information in the checkout forms.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

  • We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
