Turn your bouquet into beautiful works of art preserved in pressed frames. Bouquet & Frame accepts orders Canada-wide and will strive to bring your vision to life.

Here’s how it works!

Step 1. BOOK YOUR RESERVATION & MAKE YOUR PURCHASE

  • Browse the frames you’d like to have made HERE.

  • Please reach out and say hi! I can’t take your flowers without a quick consultation on the phone - DM, or email and we can make an appointment to discuss preserving your flowers, shipping protocols, and any other questions you may have!

  • All orders must be made here on my website.

  • Once your order has been placed and your reservation has been made, you will be sent helpful and detailed information on how to get your flowers to the Bouquet & Frame Studio in Ottawa, Ontario.

Step 2. DROP OFF OR SHIP YOUR FLOWERS

Either ship or drop your flowers off! Before shipping or dropping flowers off, please send me clear pictures of the current state of your flowers. I am happy to work with both fresh or dry flowers!

  • If you are shipping, I am more than happy to help you with personalized information on how best to package your flowers to ship them to me. The two most important parts of shipping are making sure that you share the tracking number with me and that you select the fastest shipping speed that you can!

  • If you’re dropping your flowers off at the Bouquet & Frame Studio in Ottawa, please put them in a box or a bag with your name and order number clearly labelled.

  • After your wedding things move fast, so if you have lost this info or if you need extra help, shoot me a text and I can help you on the fly! Text: (613) 316-2576

Step 3. I WORK MY PRESERVATION MAGIC!

  • The process can 10-16 weeks depending upon the size of the order. Please understand that your pieces are being made by hand with love, care, and attention.

  • I will try to share progress pictures and videos on social media as I go!

  • Once your order is finished, I will contact you and we can arrange a pick-up from the Bouquet & Frame Studio, or I will ship your order back to you. If you’d like shipping, you can select that when you check out… or if you realize you’d like shipping after you have placed your order, you can purchase shipping as an add-on.

FAQ: Do flowers need to be fresh? Can I work with dried flowers?

I can work with flowers that are 12 hours old or flowers that are 65 years old. (Ask me about the time I worked with a 65 year old flowers!)

The only benefit of having fresh flowers is that we have more options of what I can make with the flowers. If the flowers are very old, I may be restricted in what I can make. For instance, it is unlikely that I could make a pressed frame with very delicate old flowers, as they may crumble… but I could make you a shadow box.

If you have flowers, I can preserve them for you.
